South Korea Mulls Ending Internet Censorship of North Korea Sites

South Korea has been under pressure about its blocking of North Korean Web sites. The Unification Minister was challenged on how censorship comports with South Korea's policy of openness towards the DPRK. South Korea is thinking of lifting at least some of the blocks. ONI is actively monitoring this issue.
